Word of Prophecy Missions
Our ministry reaches far beyond the borders of the United States, into many countries that are starving for the Word of God. The best way we've found to get the Word out to those who are longing for it is through the fifteen Bible School of Prophecy Correspondence Lessons, written by Bro. Ray Pringle, Sr. As the Apostle Paul taught us in II Timothy 2:2, "And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also." Bro. Pringle taught many faithful men and women in Africa, the Philippines, Asia, Canada, and South America, who are using the Bible School of Prophecy Lessons, the Books, Magazines, and Newsletters to teach other faithful men and women in their own countries, and they are now teaching others. We send these materials free of charge to these other countries.
Calvary Chapel Church of God, Inc., has many foreign mission churches that share our name in the countries of South Africa, Zambia, Ghana, and Nigeria, as well as many provinces of India, and in the countries of South America.
In the Philippines, a dear Mother in the Lord quit her job as a school teacher to open a school and home for street children; she began feeding, clothing, and sheltering them. She also schools them from Kindergarten through twelfth grade, and teaches them the Word of God, with the aid of the Bible School of Prophecy Lessons, Books, Magazines, and Videos provided by this ministry. Many of these children have neither father nor mother. Some have parents, but they are too poor to provide for their children, in this nation gripped by terrorism. These children, who would otherwise be hopeless, now have a better hope, because there is someone who cares. This work of faith has continued for several years, and the first children taken in are now teaching in the school and working with children recently taken in from the streets. Jesus said in Matthew 25:37-40, "Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." We are our brother's keeper.
This ministry is also involved in sending study material to many Federal and State Prisons around this nation; we provide Bible School of Prophecy Lessons, Bibles, and literature written by Bro. Pringle to help those who are incarcerated find the Lord. The Great Commission from our Lord Jesus has no boundaries.
Our partners in this Ministry are Christians who are making all of this possible. In Matthew 10:8, Jesus said, "Freely ye have received, freely give." What we do to help these people is limited only by the financial help we receive. We invite you to become one of our partners in this work of the Lord.
